Prosperity Blvd is a simulation board game for entertainment only. All in-game currency (shown as "$" amounts), property values, rent, taxes, salaries, event cards, and net-worth scores are entirely fictional. Playing the game does not involve real-money deposits, withdrawals, gambling, investments, or financial transactions of any kind. You cannot earn or lose real money through gameplay.
Access to the full game may require a one-time purchase processed by Lemon Squeezy, or may be granted through other paths described on the site. A purchase buys a lifetime license to play — not in-game currency, virtual items with cash value, or any financial product. Prices are shown before checkout (€4.99 or R$9.99 depending on your detected region, not your language setting). After payment, access unlocks automatically; you may also activate a license key from your purchase email if access has not yet synced. Active fin83 annual subscribers receive access at no extra cost when signed in with the same email used on fin83.com. If you bought the game first, you may link your fin83 account in Settings to credit the purchase toward a fin83 annual subscription (within the eligibility window shown in the app). Refunds or chargebacks processed by Lemon Squeezy may revoke your access. Phrases such as "pay once, play forever" on the site mean that your one-time payment grants access for as long as we operate Prosperity Blvd — not a promise that the service will run indefinitely. The service may be interrupted or discontinued (including for business, technical, or other reasons beyond our control). If we stop operating the game or can no longer provide access, your license ends and you are not entitled to a refund, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Prosperity Blvd is not a financial planning tool, investment simulator with real outcomes, or gambling product. Game mechanics are simplified fiction inspired by property board games. Do not use the game to learn about or make real financial decisions. The game is not affiliated with any board game publisher.
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at info@playprosperityblvd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, harassment, cheating that harms others, attempts to breach security, or interference with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Prosperity Blvd available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update game rules, features, or these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects material changes.
Prosperity Blvd is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Julio C. Fausto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Prosperity Blvd. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for game access in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Prosperity Blvd at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Julio C. Fausto, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
