Prosperity Blvd is a board-game simulation for entertainment. All cash, rent, taxes, property prices, and events inside the game are fictional. You cannot deposit, withdraw, win, or lose real money while playing. The only real-money transaction is the optional one-time purchase that unlocks access to the game.

Account data: email address and a hashed password. Game data: in-progress and completed games (board state, difficulty, scenario), gameplay statistics (games played, games won, best net worth), achievements, and display preferences such as piece movement speed. Purchase data: Lemon Squeezy order references, purchase amount and currency, and license keys issued for your account (we do not store card numbers). fin83 integration: if you link a fin83 account, we store your fin83 email and verification status. If you are eligible, we also store purchase credit amount and whether it was redeemed toward a fin83 subscription. fin83 may grant or revoke game access for your email via our server API. Technical data: signed session cookies, locale and pricing-region preferences, per-login session records (IP address, browser type), and standard server logs (timestamps, request metadata) needed to run and secure the service. Pricing region is inferred from your country (via network headers or IP geolocation) to show the correct checkout price.
We use your data only to provide Prosperity Blvd: authenticate you, store game progress and stats, process access purchases and license activation, sync access with fin83 subscription status, verify fin83 account links and subscription credits when you request them, send transactional emails (such as fin83 verification links and account access notices when access is granted via fin83), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data. In-game financial activity is simulated and not used for advertising.
Where GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (running your account and purchased access), based on your consent (optional fin83 linking), and for our legitimate interests in securing the service, detecting your pricing region, and preventing fraud.
Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). fin83 receives limited data when you link accounts or when fin83 checks or redeems a purchase credit (email, credit amount, currency, and order reference). Hosting, database, email delivery, and network infrastructure providers (such as CDN or reverse-proxy services) process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data if required by law.
We keep account and game data while your account is active. You may contact info@playprosperityblvd.com to request account deletion. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security.
Passwords are hashed. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Each account's data is isolated in application logic.
